My parents are the best.  They let me be my ow person and don't try to change me.  Once in awhile they get after me about my grades, but otherwise let me make my own decisions.  I have more freedom than y cousins, but then I'm not the one hiding things from my parents that I go out and do. I'm upfront about all of it. 

One thing I have never told anyone though is a dark family secret.  One that I'm not for sure how it would turn out if he came about.  I was bored one weekend when I was in seventh grade and thought I would explore the attic.  I went up and explored and in a trunk in the back of the attic I found some old journals. At first I didn't know what they were. Thought they were just stories someone had made up.  A little ways into the first one I realized they were my grandma Goldie's diaries from her days at CAP. 

What really interested me was how she was infatuated with Tony O.  The one I heard my aunts and uncles talk about with the keg stand record at CAP. I may have been naïve about sex before, but my grandma described it in detail about being with Tony O and how she was in love with him.

In later journals it talked about him setting the record and on to where they were married and trying to have kids. She talked about Tony's sister Angela a lot how much she loved her.  I cried when I read about her dying having her son Jasper. My grandmother had been devastated along with Tony O. I was floored when my grandmother wrote she was pregnant with Tony O's twins. One of them being my father.  Later journals I realized my grandpa Frayne wasn't fertile and that all of my uncles and aunt were illegitimate. I couldn't believe who their father's were. If that ever came out there would probably be some divorces. Only one of them was divorced that I knew of, and that was the Summer's.  Gregory Matheson though that was a shocker. He had twins with my grandmother.  She passed them all off as Frayne's though, and grandpa Frayne was none the wiser.

I understand where my grandma is coming from with betrayal and pain. Though she just became bitter in the end.  I'd never cheat on my boyfriend Damian Forrest. I lost my virginity to him our freshman year after going out for a few months.  I'd kill him if he cheated on me. I fell fast and hard for him. We knew of one another before CAP with his parents being friends with my grandmother, but we didn't get acquainted till CAP.   I about died when I found out his father's roommate at CAP was my true grandfather Tony Overholser. I saw his father's looks at me once in awhile, and knew he had a inkling that I was Tony's granddaughter. 

Everyone tries to beat Tony O's record on the keg stand. I've come close, but chose not to beat it. One day hopefully I'll get to meet Tony O. It's one of my dreams of meeting my real grandfather. I don't blame him for leaving like he did. I understand why he did. I know his secret on the keg stand too. 

I decided to try out for cheerleading my freshman year and I was hooked. I love it.  I love most of the girls on the squad as well. I could do with out Caprice Conti though. Macey the captain at least put's her in her place though.  Unfortunately Caprice is in my class though and I just can't get rid of her.

Can't wait to get back to CAP this year as well. I'm pledging Chi Omega sorority.  My mom was a Chi O and my grandma as well as my aunt Gracie.  I'm a legacy so I'll know I'll be on. My great aunt Angela was one as well. Her granddaughter Angel Matheson is president this year.  She's my cousin and doesn't even know it. Well maybe it's time to start letting that little secret out in the open. I'm not afraid to let the cat out of the bag!
